All content on RevCycleAI — including articles, newsletters, data analysis, trend reports, Pro resources, and any other materials — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute:

Financial, investment, or billing guidance

3. AI-Generated Content

RevCycleAI uses artificial intelligence tools to assist in generating, summarizing, and publishing content. You acknowledge and agree that:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tranche Group LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

Reliance on any content, article, resource, or analysis on the Service
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Billing, coding, or compliance decisions made based on Service content
Payer policy changes not reflected in published content

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or amounts paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

RevCycleAI content, design, and data compilations are proprietary to Tranche Group LLC. You may share individual articles with attribution. Systematic reproduction, redistribution, or commercialization of content is prohibited without written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Subscribers will be notified of material changes by email when possible.

10. Governing Law

Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions waived.
