DeskGate, Inc. provides client-side execution infrastructure for healthcare denial recovery, adverse determination appeals, and prior authorization. The runtime mounts directly inside the coordinator’s authenticated browser session (Session Sovereignty) to stage quoted-fact appeal rebuttals and clinical parameters on commercial payer portals (Availity, CoverMyMeds, UHC) in under two seconds. All data processing executes in volatile workstation RAM with zero persistent cloud storage of electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI). A hardcoded, mandatory human gate halts before final submission, keeping the named coordinator as the licensed filing actor. Downstream submissions generate a SHA-256 content-digested REA v1.2 audit dossier. Upstream vision OCR runs under an executed Google Cloud HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
