SENA describes itself as an AI-powered healthcare access and care-coordination company. Its Clinical Command Center combines intelligent automation with clinical and operational expertise to support administrative work that spans patient access and care delivery.

The healthcare BPO model is being rebuilt
Traditional healthcare outsourcing scaled by moving repeatable administrative work to larger labor pools. The economic model was driven by staffing, location arbitrage, standardized processes and management capacity.
AI changes the equation. If automation can handle more routing, coordination, communication and repetitive back-office execution, the value of the services layer shifts from supplying labor to orchestrating work.
The Clinical Command Center is the product

Access and revenue cycle increasingly overlap
Patient access, scheduling, intake, coordination and call-center work sit upstream of the traditional back-end revenue cycle, but they directly affect whether an encounter is scheduled correctly, information is captured, coverage issues are identified and patients move through care without administrative friction.
As AI-enabled operations move upstream, the distinction between access outsourcing and RCM outsourcing becomes less useful. Both are becoming parts of a broader administrative operating layer around the patient journey.
Human expertise remains part of the architecture
The strongest near-term AI operations models are unlikely to be fully autonomous. Healthcare workflows contain exceptions, clinical escalation, payer complexity and patient situations that require judgment.
