Primary source: Revuud announcement, Oct. 27, 2026
Revuud announced on October 27, 2026, that it had acquired RoundTable Strategic Solutions. The announcement is 11 days old. This is a short brief on that release, not a same-day report. The release does not state a price.
Additional consultants and professionals Revuud says the acquisition brings into its network. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Revuud describes itself as a tech-enabled workforce partner for healthcare organizations. RoundTable, in the same announcement, is a healthcare talent and consulting firm that places specialized talent across healthcare IT, revenue cycle, interim leadership, medical coding and billing, and other workforce categories. PRWeb’s copy of the release is datelined Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 27. Outsource Accelerator’s November 6 item restates the October 27 release. It is not a second transaction.
The announcement says RoundTable’s team, clients, consultants, and healthcare expertise move into Revuud, and that RoundTable Strategic Solutions will transition fully into the Revuud brand. The RoundTable team continues with Revuud in customer success, talent, and sales. Existing clients and consultants keep their current contacts, the company says, with Revuud’s network and technology behind them. Organizations can use the Revuud platform directly, work with a customer-success team, or use both.
“Healthcare organizations shouldn’t have to choose between great technology and great service,” said Dan Schubert, chief executive and co-founder of Revuud. “RoundTable has built deep relationships and a strong reputation for understanding what clients need and finding the right expertise to support them. Bringing that together with Revuud gives us an opportunity to offer something stronger — the speed, visibility, and flexibility of technology with experienced people still very much in the loop.”
“RoundTable has always been built around relationships, trust, and finding the right people for our clients,” said Scott Ketchen, executive vice president of business development at Revuud, on the company’s announcement. “Joining Revuud allows us to keep doing that while adding technology, a broader talent network, and new capabilities that can make us even more valuable to the organizations we serve.”
The PRWeb copy of the release gives Ketchen the title vice president of business development. The company post calls him executive vice president. The quotation is the same in both. This brief uses the title on Revuud’s site.
The company post, the PRWeb release, and the later trade write-up do not disclose a purchase price, revenue, or headcount beyond the approximately 12,000 consultants and professionals. No value is inferred here.
The RCM link is the talent bench, not a claims platform. RoundTable’s categories, as the release lists them, include revenue cycle, interim leadership, and medical coding and billing, alongside healthcare IT. A hospital that staffs coding, billing, or interim revenue cycle leadership from outside firms is looking at a larger consultant network under one brand, with a self-serve platform and a managed option. The release does not say Revuud is taking over a provider’s revenue cycle, changing a payer contract, or automating claim submission. It says the combined firm can put specialized people on transformation, operational, and workforce needs.
Schubert also says in the release that the future is technology making relationships more valuable and easier to access, rather than technology replacing them. That is the company’s framing of the model.
Acquisitions that touch coding, billing, and revenue cycle operations, with undisclosed terms labeled as undisclosed.
